Receta Pumpkin Dutch Apple Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 med Green apples peel, core slice
- Â Â Tablespoons
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Flour
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 x Unbaked 9" deep dish pie crust
- 2 x Large eggs lightly beaten
- 1Â 1/2 c. Libbys solid pack pumpkin
- 1 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine melted
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 5 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter soften
- 1/3 c. Walnuts minced
Direcciones
- FOR APPLE LAYER: Toss apples with sugar, flur, lemon juice and cinnamon in medium bowl; place in pie shell FOR PUMPKIN LAYER: Combine all ingredients for pumpkin layer in medium bowl; pour over apples. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 30 min. Remove from oven; sprinkle with crumble topping.
- Return to oven; bake for 20 min or possibly till custard is set. Cold on wire rack CRUMBLE TOPPING: Combine all in a medium bowl. Mix till crumbley.
