Receta Pumpkin 'N Spice Mini Fluted Tube Cakes

Ingredientes
- 18Â 1/4 ounce reduced fat yellow cake mix
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c. pumpkin pie mix
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 6 whl egg whites slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. fat-free lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp brown sugar
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 12 mini fluted tube pans with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, cinnamon, pumpkinpie mix, oil, and egg whites. Mix till moistened. Fill prepared pans approximately 1/2 full. Spread proportionately with spatula. Gently tap pan on counter to remove air bubbles. Bake for 25 min. Meanwhile, combine sourcream and brown sugar. Mix till well blended. Fill center of each cooled cake with 1 Tbsp. mix.
- NOTES : These turned out very well. Instead of using the lowfat sour cream and brown sugar for topping, I used fat-free white frosting that tastes better to me.
