Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 4 c. Cabbage, shredded
- 1 med Onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. Chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. Tomato, minced and seeded
- Â Â Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh minced
Direcciones
- Heat butter with oil in large pot. Add in cabbage, onion, broth and thyme.
- Simmer, covered 20 min, stirring occasionally. Add in mushrooms, tomatoes, salt & pepper. Stir, cover, simmer till just tender (approx 10-15 minutes).
- Add in 1 Tbsp. butter and parsley.
