- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. whole lowfat milk
- 1 x (2 lb.) can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
Direcciones
- Method:1. Heat butter or possibly margarine in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- 2. Mix together the flour, sugar, and lowfat milk. Pour mix into the pan.
- Spread peaches, including syrup, proportionately around the pan.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 min, till the crust turns golden. Let cold for about 10 min before serving.
- Makes 1 cobbler
