- 4 x FRANKS
- 1/2 lb Grnd Beef
- 1/4 c. Celery
- 1 x Garlic Clove, crushed
- 1 x Salt, dash
- 4 x Coney Buns
- 3/4 c. Onion, minced
- 1 c. Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Warm Sauce
- 1 x Pepper, dash
Direcciones
- Brown beef in skillet. Add in 1/2 c. onion and celery; cook till almost tender. Drain off fat. Add in remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 min. Hot buns in oven. Heat FRANKS in small amount of water. Spread mustard on buns.
- Place 1 FRANK in each bun. Spoon on warm coney sauce. Add in remaining onions on top.
