Receta Quick Italian Spinach Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 ct Breakstone's or possibly Knudsen lowfat
- Â Â cottage cheese 2% milkfat - (16 ounce)
- 1 pkt frzn minced spinach - (10 ounce) thawed, and
- Â Â well liquid removed
- 1 c. Kraft low-moisture part-skim
- Â Â mozzarella cheese
- 4 x Large eggs beaten
- 1 jar roasted red peppers - (7 ounce) well liquid removed,
- Â Â and minced
- 1/3 c. Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dry oregano leaves
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till center is set.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
- Serving size: 1 slice.
- Comments: This easy side dish is an excellent source of calcium and vitamin A. Substitute 1/2 c. minced red bell pepper for roasted red pepper.
