- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 #3 (lg.) can sliced peaches
Direcciones
- Spray baking dish with vegetable spray. Pour peaches and juice into dish. Beat egg, butter, sugar, flour, lowfat milk and vanilla together (will be lumpy). Pour over peaches, stir with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till golden.
