Ingredientes

- 3 lb Beef boneless round steak,
- Â Â Cut up or possibly coarse grnd
- 1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 1/2 lb Grnd pork
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Granulated garlic
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce.) beef broth
- 2 can (14 1/2 ounce.@) chicken broth
- 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 can (4 ounce.) minced mild green
- Â Â Chilis, liquid removed
- 1 x Jalapeno chili, minced
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- Â Â PHASE 11
- 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Mild New Mexico chili pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
- 1 tsp Granulated garlic
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
Direcciones
- Coat beef with flour. Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium heat. Cook beef and grnd pork in oil, stirring occasionally, till beef is brown; drain.
- Stir in remaining ingedients of Phase 1. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hrs. Uncover; stir in all ingredients of Phase 11. Simmer uncovered about 45 min or possibly till beef is tender.
