Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 x diced onion
- 1 Tbsp. diced fresh jalapeno pepper
- 1 can kidney beans - (15 ounce) with liquid
- 1 can peeled diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 ounce)
- 1 can tomato sauce - (8 ounce)
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 x bay leaf Grated cheddar cheese Diced onion Canned whole jalapeno chili peppers
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef in a large saucepan over medium heat. Drain fat.
- Add in onion and pepper and saute/fry for about two min. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Serve one c. in a bowl with the optional cheese, diced onion and whole jalapeno garnish on top.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
