Receta Raspberry Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. chocolate wafer cookies, crushed fine
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 2 T sugar
- Dash of nutmeg
- 3 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. fresh or possibly individual frzn raspberries
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon dark corn syrup
- 1 T cream or possibly evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 T very warm water
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese till fluffy. Add in sugar and vanilla gradually. Add in large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Mix in raspberries. Pour into chocolate crust. Bake for approximately 1 hour. Cool completely and chill.
- Put together in pan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add in 1/2 tsp vanilla. Pour over chilled cheesecake. Chill at least 4 hrs before serving.
