Receta Red Wine And Oregano Marinade

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Finely minced onion
- 1/4 c. Finely minced fresh oregano or possibly 2 teaspoon dry
- 6 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 c. Dry red wine
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
Direcciones
- In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend well. Pour mix over lamb chops, beef steak, or possibly lamb or possibly beef cubes for kabobs. Let stand at room temperature for 15 min to marinate.
- Makes 3/4 c.-sufficient for 4servings of meat.
