Receta Rhubarb Cream Pie Filling

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 heaping T flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 1 T butter
- 2 full c. diced rhubarb
Direcciones
- Mix sugar, flour, whipping cream, half and half, and large eggs in medium saucepan. Heat over medium high heat till thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and beat in butter and vanilla. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into your favorite pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min, or possibly till set.
