Receta Rich Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Use a double boiler or possibly place saucepan into a larger pot of boiling water. Add in all ingredients, stirring very frequently till smooth (usually about 10 min.)
- Serve hot.
- This recipe yields 16 servings;
- Comments: This sauce is great over vegetables - especially cauliflower and broccoli. Or possibly add in 1 Tbsp. lemon juice to make a cheesy sauce for fish!
