  1. Saute/fry' onion and garlic in butter mix (about 5 minutes). Add in grnd beef and fry until barely cooked. Take bouillon cube and crumble over beef mix. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.Stir until well blended. Place mix in bowl and add in corn and the rice to the beef mix.Stuff bell peppers. Cook bells peppers in sauce over medium heat till tender, about 45 min.
  2. SAUCE: 1 lg can of tomatoes diced into a chunky sauce,add in more diced onion, and diced bell pepper to taste and texture.Pour this mix into coverable casserole dish and place stuffed bell peppers in it and cook till the bells are tender.
