Receta Roast Beef With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 3/4 c. Thinly sliced onion
- 1/4 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Grnd marjoram
- 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. Beef broth
- 1/4 c. Ketchup
- 8 slc Leftover cooked roast beef
Direcciones
- In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Saute/fry, onion for 5 min. Add in mushrooms and saute/fry, 2-3 min. Stir in the flour and seasonings. Add in broth and ketchup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 min. Add in beef and heat through.
