- 3/4 lb Green beans, steamed tender
- 1 head of garlic, roasted,
- Â Â Peeled,chop
- 3 Tbsp. Minced, marinated
- Â Â Sun-dry tomatoes, liquid removed
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Toasted pine nuts or possibly minced
- Â Â Walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. Herbed extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 3 c. Minced salad greens
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Grated Asiago, Romano or possibly
- Â Â Feta cheese
