Ingredientes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp. scallions, chopped
- 4 heads bibb lettuce, broken into sm. pcs
- 1 Belgium endive, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
- 2 tbsp. walnut pcs
- 2 tbsp. capers
Direcciones
- Sprinkle salt into a salad bowl. Add in garlic, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, mustard and the seasonings. Mix and beat with a whisk till very smooth. Add in the parsley, scallions, and the lettuce. Toss. Add in the endive, tomatoes, walnuts and capers. Toss lightly again. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 5.
