Receta Salami Pizza

Ingredientes
- 2 c. self-raising flour
- 40 gm soft butter
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. tomato paste
- 1 x tomato, sliced
- 60 gm salami, sliced
- 1/2 x red pepper, deseeded and minced
- 1/2 x green pepper, deseeded and minced
- Â Â spring onions, sliced
- 1 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp dry or possibly fresh oregano
- 1 c. grated cheese
Direcciones
- Turn oven to 200 C.
- Chop the butter into pcs and add in to the flour. Rub it in until it all looks crumbly.
- Add in the lowfat milk and mix it to a soft dough. Knead the dough until it is smooth.
- Roll it out to a 30cm circle. Put it into a pizza pan or possibly onto a tray.
- Spread tomato paste over the base and top with tomato, salami, peppers, spring onions and basil.
- Add in oregano and cheese.
- Bake for 20 min.
