Receta Salisbury Steak With Wine

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 cans beefy mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. burgundy or possibly dry red wine (I use whatever I have - usually blackberry)
Direcciones
- Mix thoroughly 1/3 c. soup, beef, bread crumbs and egg. Shape into oval patties. Brown patties. Combine remaining soup, wine and 1/3 c. + 1/2 can to 1 can water. Pour over patties and simmer till done (about 1 hour). 1 Tbsp. tapioca added to the soup mix will help thicken the sauce.
