  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine all ingredients except lemon (or possibly lime) wedges. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; turn salmon mix out onto sheet and shape into loaf. Bake till top of loaf is lightly browned, 35 to 45 min. Serve hot or possibly let cold, then cover and chill till chilled. Slice loaf and serve with lemon or possibly lime wedges.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
