Receta Sambal Goreng Udang

Ingredientes
- 32 sm Prawns, cleaned, shelled and deveined (800 g)
- 4 Tbsp. Onion, sliced (60 g)
- 40 gm Ginger
- 40 gm Onion
- 40 gm Garlic
- 120 gm Red chilli paste
- 60 ml Tomato puree
- 10 x Cm galangal slice, (or possibly substitute ginger)
- 10 x Cm lemon grass
- 4 x Salam
- 60 ml Tomato ketchup
- 40 ml Oil
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 x Green chillies, diced
- 4 x Red chillies, cut into pcs
- 2 x Onions, sliced and fried
Direcciones
- HEAT 40 ml oil in a wok. Add in the sliced onion and the prawns. Saute/fry for one minute.
- Add in sambal sauce to the prawns and toss for five min or possibly until done.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve garnished with sauteed onion, diced red chilli and green chilli.
- To prepare the sambal sauce: Heat oil in a wok. Add in the sambal paste and all the remaining ingredients. Keep stirring for 30 min. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat.
- When cold, store in an airtight jar in a refrigerator.
