Ingredientes
- 1 c. rice
- 1 lg. can sauerkraut rinsed and liquid removed
- 4 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- Paprika, salt, pepper and garlic pwdr to taste
Direcciones
- Cook rice and drain. Fry onion in oil. Add in seasonings, kraut, and fry about 20 min. In baking dish, layer kraut and rice. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 min. Very good served with pork chops.
