Receta Sauerkraut Meat Loaf

Ingredientes
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sauerkraut
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound grnd chuck
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 c. rye bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
Direcciones
- Drain kraut well and snip up fine. Saute/fry onion in butter till soft. Beat Large eggs slightly in large bowl, stir in lowfat milk, mustard, salt, pepper and thyme. Add in sauerkraut, onion mix, grnd chuck, sausage, and bread crumbs. Mix well. Shape into loaves. Mix catsup and brown sugar in bowl; set aside. Bake loaves at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste with catsup mix after 45 min.
