Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd pork sausage
- 4 Tbsp. minced peeled onion
- 4 Tbsp. minced seeded green bell pepper
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. water
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat a large, heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat; crumble sausage into skillet and cook, adding onion and green bell pepper till sausage is browned and onion and pepper are soft. Drain and throw away excess fat.
- Spread a 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking dish with sausage mix, making six deep or possibly broad proportionately-spaced depressions in the mix. Break one egg into each depression, leaving yolks unbroken. Season to taste with salt and pepper; set aside.
- Combine bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl; sprinkle mix over Large eggs. Measure 2 Tbsp. of water onto each egg, filling the depressions entirely. Bake for 10 min or possibly till Large eggs are hard.
