Receta Sausage And Egg Breakfast Burritos

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb sausage
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1 can Ortega diced green chiles - (4 ounce)
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 lrg flour tortillas
- 3/4 c. Ortega salsa - thick & chunky (medium)
Direcciones
- In a large skillet over medium heat brown sausage with onion till no longer pink. Drain and set aside, leaving mix in skillet.
- In a medium bowl beat together Large eggs and chiles. Add in to sausage mix; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, till Large eggs are set. Add in cheese, mixing well to heat.
- Hot flour tortillas according to package directions. Spoon 1/2 c. egg mix onto center of each warmed tortilla. Garnish with additional cheese and salsa, if you like. Fold half of tortilla over filling; fold sides toward center, leaving top open. Serve immediately.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
