Receta Sauteed Garlic Salad Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic (heaping) or possibly
- 2 lrg Garlic cloves, fine minced
- Â Â Salt & freshly grnd pepper
- Â Â Torn lettuce to serve 4
- 1 lrg Tomato, seeded & minced, or possibly
- 2 sm Tomatoes
- 1/4 c. Fresh chives, minced
- Â Â Salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, toasted
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Asiago cheese or possibly
- Â Â Fresh Parmesan cheese*
Direcciones
- *Use up to 3 tb. of cheese, according to taste.
- In a bowl or possibly blender, combine vinegar, lemon juice and mustard.
- In a small skillet, heat extra virgin olive oil. Add in garlic; saute/fry till just golden brown.
- Gradually whisk in the vinegar mix, blending thoroughly. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour dressing over salad bowl containing the lettuce and tomato; sprinkle walnuts and cheese over the salad before serving.
