Receta Savory Carrot Casserole

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Carrots, shredded (about 6 medium
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt,
- 1/2 tsp Savory leaves, dry
- 1/4 tsp Mustard, dry
- 1/2 c. Warm Water,
- 1/4 c. Walnuts, minced coarsely
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter,
Direcciones
- Mix carrots, onion, salt, savory and mustard in ungreased 1 1/2 qt casserole mix. Pour water over carrot mix. Cover and cook in 350 degrees. Cover and cook in 350F oven till carrots are tender, about 45 min. Cook and stir walnuts in margarine or possibly butter over medium heat till walnuts in margarine are toasted, about 2 min. Spoon over carrotes.
