Receta Savory Cheddar Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon leaf oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
Direcciones
- Combine flour, baking pwdr, sugar, onion salt, oregano, dry mustard and cheese; set aside. Combine egg, lowfat milk and butter; add in all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Spread batter in a greased 8 1/2 inch by 4 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
