- 1 x 2- to 3-lb. bone-in turkey breast
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- Â Â salt and black pepper
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 x bay leaf
Direcciones
- Season turkey breast with thyme and salt and pepper to taste. Place in slow cooker. Add in orange juice and bay leaf. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs, till turkey is tender and no longer pink inside. Remove bay leaf and throw away before carving.
