  3. Heat waffle iron. Spread mix (about 1/2 to 3/4 c.) proportionately on iron and cook for about 10 min, or possibly till dark golden brown. Serve the waffles with lowfat lowfat sour cream and applesauce or possibly with sugar and cinnamon as desired.
  4. This recipe yields 8 servings.

    IVE MADE THESE A FEW TIMES. THEY ARE GREAT. sOMETIMES I LEAVE OUT THE ONIONS AND ADD CHOPPED BACON OR APPLES AND PECONS. WHOLE FAMILY LOVES THEM. iI THINK YOU COULD ANY ANYTHING YOU LIKE.
