Receta Scalloped Cabbage With Cheese Whiz

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Shredded cabbage
- 2 c. Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Liquid from cabbage
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Cheez Whiz
Direcciones
- Cook cabbage for 10 min. Drain. Save 1/2 c. liquid for sauce.
- Sauce: 1 medium onion, finely minced Heat butter in 2 qt saucepan, blend in salt and pepper and flour. Stir in lowfat milk and cabbage liquid. Cook stirring constantly till sauce thickens. Boil 1 minute. Add in onion and Cheez Whiz. Cook till cheese melts. Place liquid removed cabbage in buttered dish
- (baking). Cover cabbage with sauce and mix with fork. Top with cheese cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till bubbly and brown on top.
