Receta Seafood Bread Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 loaf sandwich bread (white)
- 4 hard-boiled Large eggs, diced
- 1 lg. onion, diced finely
- 2 cans cleaned sm. shrimp
- 1 can shredded crab
- 3/4 quart. Best Foods mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Butter each slice of bread; don't cut off crusts. Cut each slice into 16 cubes. Mix Large eggs and onion thoroughly and put in refrigerator (covered in glass or possibly plastic bowl) for overnight.
- In the morning, add in shrimp, crab, and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Salt lightly and let stand at least 3 hrs before serving. Serves 12.
