Receta Sesame Dressing On Spinach

Ingredientes
- Raw spinach
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. onion juice or possibly 1/4 c. onion, pureed
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. toasted sesame seed
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Slivered almonds, lightly toasted
- Mandarin oranges
Direcciones
- Wash and break up spinach. With electric blender - mix sugar, mustard, vinegar, and soy sauce. Add in onion juice and blend. Add in oil very slowly while blender in running and mix till thick. Add in sesame seeds. Store in refrigerator.
- Arrange spinach in salad plates. Sprinkle almonds and a few mandarin oranges on each plate just before serving. Pour on dressing.
