Receta Sesame Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken or possibly thighs & drumsticks
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grnd
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 6 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Aluminum foil
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line shallow roasting pan with foil. Wash chicken, pat dry, and remove loose skin. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk in wide mouth bowl. In pie plate, mix flour, salt and dry ingredients, except garlic pwdr. Dip chicken in egg mix, then dry mix.
- Arrange in roasting pan. Mix melted butter with garlic and drizzle over top. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, or possibly till tender and done.
