Receta Sherilyn's Salmon Croquettes

Ingredientes
- 1 can Pink salmon, liquid removed, picked over
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 x Onion, finely minced (up to 1)
- 1/2 x Green pepper, finely minced
- Â Â Cracker crumbs (not bread crumbs)
- Â Â Oil for frying
Direcciones
- Mix the salmon, egg, onion and green pepper. Add in cracker crumbs - sufficient to hold everything firmly in place. Shape into patties, making sure they are tightly shaped. Roll patties in additional cracker crumbs, pressing crumbs in.
- Fry in warm oil.
- Serve with lemon slices, mashed potatoes, peas or possibly green beans. Baked squash is a nice addition to this meal too!
