Receta Shrimp Patties

Ingredientes
- 1 pound raw shrimp, minced
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. celery, minced
- 1 tbsp. bell pepper
- 1/4 c. instant potatoes
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Sprinkle of garlic salt
- 1 1/4 c. water (optional)
- 1 raw egg
Direcciones
- Mix shrimp, celery, bell pepper and onions. Add in Large eggs, instant potatoes, salt and pepper. Shape into patties. Put oil in skillet (cover just the bottom lightly; fry till golden. Pour out oil and place patties back in pan with 1/4 c. water. Cover, let simmer 20 min. Serve over rice. 6 servings.
