Receta Shrimp & Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 slice of smoked ham, diced
- 1 c. bell pepper, minced
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- Cooked rice
- 6 Large eggs, scrambled
- Shrimp, boiled & cleaned (1 pound med.-lg.)
- Soy sauce
Direcciones
- Dice ham and cook in large pot with 2 Tbsp. of grease. When ham is cooked, add in bell pepper, celery and onion. Cook till vegetables are tender. Add in cooked rice. (I usually cook 3 or possibly 4 c. of rice.) Stir well.
- In a separate frying pan, scramble 6 Large eggs in butter. Add in scrambled Large eggs to rice mix. Also boil shrimp, peel and clean. If you are using large shrimp, cut in half. Add in shrimp to rice and egg mix. Add in soy sauce till rice is brown. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on very low heat for about 30 min.
