  1. Prepare rice as directed on package. Keep hot.
  2. Cook and stir onion in warm oil in large skillet till tender but not browned. Add in shrimp and garlic. Cook and stir till shrimp are pink.
  3. Meanwhile, mix clam juice, cornstarch, parsley, lemon juice and pepper. Add in to skillet with red pepper. Bring to boil 1 minute. Serve shrimp mix over rice.
