Receta Shrimp With Spicy Creole Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp dry oregano
- 1/8 tsp onion pwdr
- 1 pch cayenne pepper
- 1 pch dry thyme
- 28 x uncooked large shrimp shells intact
- 7 Tbsp. unsalted butter chilled, and
- Â Â cut into 1/2" pcs
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- Â Â Warm french bread
Direcciones
- Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Add in shrimp and toss to coat.
- Heat 3 Tbsp. butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add in Worcestersihre sauce, lemon juice and garlic; saute/fry till garlic is tender, about 2 min. Add in shrimp; saute/fry till opaque in center, about 3 min. Add in remaining 4 Tbsp. butter; stir till melted.
- Transfer shrimp to large bowl. Pour sauce over shrimp. Serve with warm French bread for dipping.
- This recipe yields 4 servings as an appetizer or possibly 2 as a main course.
- Comments: These peel-and-eat shrimp are great fun. Just make sure to have plenty of napkins on hand.
