Receta Simple Homemade Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- Â Â Dash of salt
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 x Egg
- 3 Tbsp. Melted butter
Direcciones
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. Using a whisk or possibly large fork, fold in the buttermilk and egg till well combined and smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
- Heat non-stick skillet or possibly griddle over medium heat. Using a 1/4 c. measure, pour pancake batter onto warm griddle. When pancake is golden, flip to cook other side. Keep hot in oven heated to 275 degrees.
- Variations: Blueberry and banana pancakes: Stir in 1 c. fresh berries into batter.
- Yield: About 10-12 pancakes
