Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb boneless pork loin cut into cubes
- 1 x 8-oz can pineapple tidbits in unsweetened juice, undrained
- 1 med red or possibly green bell pepper cut into squares
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2/3 c. uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1Â 1/3 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

- In 3 1/2 to 4-qt slow cooker, combine pork, pineapple, bell pepper, brown sugar, ginger, vinegar and soy sauce; mix well.
- Cover; cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hrs.
- About 25 min before serving, cook rice in 1 1/3 c. water as directed on package.
- About 5 min before serving, in small bowl, combine 3 Tbsp. water and cornstarch; blend well. Stir into pork mix in slow cooker. Cover; cook on high setting for an additional 5 min or possibly till thickened. Serve pork mix over rice.
