Receta Smoked Turkey Asparagus Melt

Ingredientes
- 4 pcs wheat or possibly rye bread
- 10 pcs fresh asparagus, blanched
- 1/2 pound smoked turkey, thinly sliced
- 4 pcs Monterey Jack cheese, 1/8" thick
- 1/4 c. 1000 Island Dressing
- Butter
- 1 1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
Direcciones
- Brush bread with butter on 1 side and 1000 Island Dressing on other side. Place bread in non stick saute/fry pan, dressing side up. Place 1 piece of cheese on top of each slice. Roll turkey slices around each piece of asparagus and place 5 pcs on top of 1 slice of bread in single layer. Grill bread to golden and cheese starts to heat. Remove from pan and place alfalfa on top of turkey roll. Place 2nd slice of bread on top, cut in 1/2 corner to corner. 2 sandwiches.
