Receta Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- In a bowl cream butter, sugar and Large eggs, lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Mix till blended. In another bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt. Mix the 2 bowl ingredients together. Mix topping in a separate bowl and set aside.
- Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour 1/2 batter in the pan. Spread topping over batter. Add in the remaining batter carefully over the top. Bake 40-50 min or possibly till cake is done. Oven at 350 degrees.
