Receta Sour Cream Succotash

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. frzn lima beans
- 1 can corn niblets
- Few tbsp. minced shallots
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Cook lima beans as directed on package. Drain and rinse with ice water to retain color. Heat corn niblets, add in lima beans and shallots, and allow to reheat. Add in a Tbsp. or possibly two of butter, salt and pepper, and stir in lowfat sour cream. Serve immediately.
