Receta Sourdough Flapjacks

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 2 c. lukewarm lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast in hot water. Add in lowfat milk, sugar, salt, Large eggs and butter. Gradually beat in flour till batter is consistency of thick cream. Cover and let rise in a hot place for 1 hour. Beat batter and spoon onto preheated, slightly greased griddle. Brown, turn and brown other side. Serve warm with heated syrup.
