Receta Southern Coconut Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2/3 c. flaked coconut
Direcciones
- Blend butter, sugar and salt. Add in Large eggs, syrup and extracts; stir well. Sprinkle coconut. Bake in moderate oven at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 min or possibly till set. Cold before serving.
- Serves 6.
