Receta Spaghetti In Broccoli Cheese Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (4 ounce.) c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 1/4 c. (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced broccoli, thawed
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. thin spaghetti, uncooked
Direcciones
- In medium saucepan heat butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually blend in lowfat milk, stirring constantly till slightly thickened. Stir in cheese and broccoli. Meanwhile cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain. Toss cheese mix with warm cooked spaghetti.
