Receta Spaghetti Sauce 5

Ingredientes
- 1 can Tomato paste
- 2 can Stewed or possibly diced tomatos (one of each if I have both)
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- Â Â Green onions
- Â Â Garlic
- 1 pkt Grnd beef
- Â Â Crushed red pepper
- Â Â md Red onion
- Â Â Basil
- Â Â Salt
- Â Â Oregano
- Â Â Pepper (black and cayenne-to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar (it kills the acidity from the tomatos!)
- Â Â (if I have them available-I like to include fresh vegetables if possible)
- Â Â Mushrooms
- Â Â Zucchini
- Â Â Splash of red wine
Direcciones
- I start by cooking the garlic and onions. Then I throw in the beef and brown. Then come the tomatos and spices. Then the brown sugar. Finally I add in the vegetables if I have them. I let it simmer for about 20 min and voila!
- If I'm making sauce for lasagna or possibly something more than spaghetti, I get more elaborate.
