Receta Spaghetti Sauce Mix

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. dry chopped onion
- 1/4 c. dry parsley flakes
- 3 Tbsp. dry vegetable or possibly sweet pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 4 tsp salt
- 4 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp dry chopped garlic
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 2 c. water
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
Direcciones
- Combine the first eight ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cold dry place up to 1 year.
- Yield: 4 batches
- (1 c. total). To prepare spaghetti sauce: In a skillet, brown beef; drain.
- Stir in 1/4 c. spaghetti sauce mix, water and tomato paste. Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 min. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 min.
- Yield: about 3 c. sauce per batch.
