- 2 cups (15oz, 450gr) tomatoes, chopped, all juices reserved

- 4 tbs tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 cup (2oz, 60gr) freshly grated Parmesan
